The Lovins Law Firm Clientele

In the largest sense, Shannon represents clients that have been injured or have suffered damages through an accident, their employment, a breach of contract, or in their employment in state and federal courts.  Shannon represents plaintiffs except in areas of employment law and construction law, where she also advises employers and contractors with regard to their policies, procedures and documentation. In the area of construction law, Shannon represents contractors with regard to mechanics liens and perfection of their liens. But she represents homeowners who have been damaged by shoddy construction or unlicensed contractors, and in some cases fraud. Real estate litigation relative to failures to disclose and warranty issues.  For homeowners associations, Shannon assists with enforcement of restrictive covenants running with the land.

Shannon is an aggressive trial attorney who is not intimidated by complex cases or the powerful and influential. Shannon advocates for the underdogs and those who've been taken advantage of or damaged.

In her general practice, Shannon assist clients with simple estate plans, trademarks and copyrights, and collections.
